Christmas Click & Collect

Order your Christmas meat in advance and collect it from the shop on the day that suits you. Below you’ll find our Christmas opening hours, how deposits work, and what to expect when you come to pay and collect.

Christmas Opening Hours

  • Monday 21st December: 8am – 1pm
  • Tuesday 22nd December: 8am – 5pm
  • Wednesday 23rd December: 7am – 5pm
  • Thursday 24th December: 7am – 12 noon
  • Friday 25th – Monday 28th December: Closed
  • Tuesday 29th December: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Wednesday 30th December: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Thursday 31st December: 8:30am – 12 noon
  • Friday 1st – Sunday 3rd January: Closed

Normal opening hours resume from Monday 4th January.

How Deposits Work

This year a deposit will be taken on all Christmas orders, however you choose to order. Your order is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

Deposits are non-refundable after Thursday 10th December. If you need to cancel, please let us know on or before this date.

The ordering deadline is Tuesday 15th December. We can’t take new orders or make changes after this date, because we will already have placed our own orders with our suppliers.

Paying on Collection Day

The rest of your order is paid in the shop when you collect. Your deposit is taken off the final price, so you only pay the balance on the day.

Please note: the total on your order confirmation is an estimate. Prices depend on the weight of your product at the time of sale and the current market price, so your final balance may be slightly higher or lower.

Three Ways to Order

Our new website is now live, so you can place your order and choose a collection time slot from the comfort of your own home.

Once an order has been created, any changes must be made in store or over the phone before the 15th December deadline.

Visit the shop and speak to a member of our team, who will be happy to advise you on your order. You’ll receive a receipt and an email confirmation.

Please bring either the receipt or the order number from your email when you collect.

Call the shop on 01947 820085 and one of our team will guide you through your order.

Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email confirmation. Follow the link in the email to pay your deposit and confirm your order.

Collecting Your Order

  • Come at the time slot you chose when ordering.
  • Please use the shop entrance.
  • Bring your receipt, order confirmation email or order number so we can find your order quickly.
  • Pay the balance in the shop on the day.
