Chicken Fillet is prepared from the finest British chicken, sourced locally from trusted Yorkshire suppliers. Lean, succulent fillets with a delicate flavour and excellent texture. Versatile and quick to cook, perfect for midweek meals, stir-fries, or simple pan-searing. Hand-trimmed fresh daily in our family shop.
Remove the fillets from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.
Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, or until the juices run clear.
For extra flavour, add a knob of butter and fresh herbs for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Best enjoyed with creamy sauces, stir-fried vegetables, rice or fresh salads.
