Placing and collecting your order
Order Deadline
All Christmas orders must be placed by Tuesday 15th December. No new orders or changes can be made after this date, as we will already have ordered from our suppliers.
Deposit Required
A deposit is taken on every order and is non-refundable after 10th December.

There are three ways to place your order and choose a collection time slot.
Website
Our new website is now live, so you can place your order from the comfort of your own home.
Once an order has been created, any changes must be made in store or over the phone before the deadline.
In Person
Visit the shop and a member of our team will be happy to advise you. You will receive a receipt and an email confirmation – please bring either the receipt or the order number from your email when you collect.
Telephone
Call the shop on 01947 820085 and we’ll guide you through your order. You will then receive an email confirmation.
Please follow the link in the email and pay the deposit to confirm your order. Bring this confirmation with you on the day so we can locate your order quickly.
When collecting, please use the shop entrance. Your deposit is taken off the final price, so you only pay the balance on the day.
